Sophie is an AI-powered booking assistant that operates through WhatsApp. We provide businesses with automated appointment scheduling, reminders, and a management dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
Business owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dashboard login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Sophie integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms: WhatsApp Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service.
When you connect your Google Calendar, Sophie will access your calendar data solely to manage bookings. You can disconnect the integration at any time through your dashboard settings or Google Account permissions. Our use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Google's Limited Use requirements.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
All content, design, and technology of the Sophie platform are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
Sophie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed bookings, lost revenue, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.
